You simply pay the bill conveniently by bank transfer or by PayPal.

The data is collected manually from public sources such as telephone directories, trade fairs, the commercial register but also from supplier databases. Therefore, no lists are available for direct download, as we always keep the data up to date.
By linking the various sources of information, you get records that make all direct marketing measures possible.

The data does not contain any consent regarding your specific advertising (“opt-in”), since you were not yet known as a user at the time of the original data collection.

Special prior consent is not required for all forms of advertising and media. You do not need any consent if you want to contact the exhibitors by letter or telephone.

As a German company f.e. you can contact your target group by e-mail or fax only with prior consent approved.

No it is not. A possible legal basis for your direct contact intentions may be the “legitimate interest” within the meaning of Article 6 (1) GDPR. Your corporate advertising and commercial communications in the legal framework are integral parts of your entrepreneurial freedom and are therefore legitimate concerns.

Even if the advertisers concerned did not anticipate your specific advertising, companies were always willing to disclose the data voluntarily and the publication was expressly requested.

Our databases link public data of the companies only with the fair, on which the enterprise has acted as an exhibitor.
